Digital Signage Case Studies

350+ screens. 80+ locations. No proprietary media players.

Two national retail networks run Signital across 350+ screens and 80+ locations, on the panels they already had. Here is what each deployment looks like in practice.

Samkaup

150+ screens | 60+ locations | 0 external media players

National retail network using Signital for customer promotions and internal communication. Store screens run the Signital app on the panels themselves, so there is nothing else to install, power or maintain, and head office publishes to every store from one dashboard.

Olís

200+ screens | 20+ locations | Multi-brand deployment

Screens managed centrally across a mixed hardware environment and three brands, while individual stations keep local publishing flexibility for their own offers. One marketing workflow covers every site.

What Both Deployments Have in Common

Two networks of different shapes - one grocery, one forecourt and convenience across three brands - arrived at the same three things. They are the parts that transfer to a network of any size.

The screens were already on the wall

Neither network bought new hardware to start. Samkaup runs the Signital app on the panels themselves, with no external media player to install, power or maintain. Olís runs a mixed estate that accumulated over years. The practical consequence is that a rollout is a software decision rather than a capital one.

Head office sets the campaign, the site keeps its own slots

Central control and local flexibility are usually sold as opposites. Both networks run them together: marketing publishes to every site from one dashboard, while individual stores and stations still post their own offers. Neither has to ask the other for permission.

Scale showed up as a workflow problem, not a hardware one

At 80+ locations the question stops being which player to buy and becomes who is allowed to change what, and how you know a screen is still playing. One marketing workflow covers every site in both cases, and the dashboard says which displays are online without anyone driving to a store.
