No. Signital is "hardware agnostic." You can run our app directly on most professional Smart TVs or use a simple Amazon Fire Stick or Android box.

At the end of each month we count the displays that were online during that month and charge the per-display rate for your plan. A display that stayed off all month is not charged, and a deleted display stops counting immediately. There is no minimum and no setup fee.

Plans are billed in EUR or USD by card. Larger networks can pay by bank transfer against a monthly invoice; contact sales to set that up.

Your account stays active, but your displays stop receiving content until you add a card and choose a plan. Everything you built is kept. We do not ask for a card upfront, so there are no surprise charges.

Plans are typically applied account-wide to ensure all users have the same feature set. However, for large networks, our sales team can discuss hybrid solutions.

Yes. Upgrade from Settings and the Business features unlock immediately, with the new rate applying from your next renewal. Downgrades take effect at the next renewal, and you can cancel a pending change before then.

Proof of play records what each display played and for how long, per display and per widget, and keeps 70 days of history. It is part of the Business plan.

No. Every plan includes unlimited users, locations, channels, playlists and media. You pay per display, nothing else.
