Live Bookings on the Door
Connect Google Calendar or Microsoft 365, pick the room calendar, and the screen shows the current and upcoming bookings. It updates as soon as the calendar does, so a cancelled meeting frees the room on screen too.

Outside a conference suite, the same calendar feed becomes a day agenda: sessions, rooms and times on one board. A landscape screen in the foyer and a small panel at each door can run from the same source.
Practical Details That Decide Whether It Gets Used
- Uses the calendars you already run: Rooms stay booked in Outlook or Google the way people already book them. Nobody has to learn a second booking system for the screen to be right.
- One channel per room, or one for all: Give each door panel its own channel where the schedule differs, or point a floor at a shared channel when the board lists every room at once.
- Any screen, including small panels: Door-side panels usually run Android or a browser in kiosk mode; larger foyer boards run on Tizen, webOS or BrightSign. Mixing them on one account is normal.
- Survives a network blip: Players cache locally and reconnect on their own, so a brief outage does not leave a blank panel outside a room full of people.
